Job summary

Alumus Healthcare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Mesa, AZ to manage day-to-day scheduling of nursing personnel and ensure shifts are adequately staffed per regulatory requirements. The role supports real-time labor decisions in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and tracks attendance, overtime, and schedule changes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Compensation includes a competitive hourly pay range with comprehensive benefits and On Demand Pay

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience performing scheduling/staffing of hourly associates.
• Familiar with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required to ensure proper staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the point of contact for guest volume trends related to associate scheduling adherence; collaborates with the Director of Nursing on real-time staffing decisions.
• Tracks labor metrics including overtime, additional hours, time-off requests and approvals, attendance, and schedule creation/changes.
