Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to manage a patient caseload, schedule staff, and verify payroll. This role ensures proper staffing, accurate timekeeping, and clear communication among families, clinicians, and branch leadership.

You will support recruiting, onboarding, and general office operations while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to the Compliance Plan. Prior healthcare coordination and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases.
• Ability to prioritize and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with families and operational staff.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Minimum two years of customer service or healthcare coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and coverage for assigned caseload.
• Develop, update, and manage field staff schedules in the EMR.
• Monitor open shifts and resolve coverage gaps.
• Process payroll verification and ensure hours match scheduled care.
• Maintain accurate records in EMR for schedules and assignments.
• Communicate scheduling updates with families and staff.
• Support recruiting and onboarding as needed.
• Assist with general office operations and issue resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with the plan.
