Job summary

Jupiter is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure efficient management of staffing operations across our healthcare facility in Florida. The role focuses on scheduling, staff relations, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

You will coordinate availability, monitor overtime, assist with onboarding, and maintain accurate records. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a minimum of one year in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• CNA preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate staffing assignments for our facility to ensure optimal coverage and patient care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members, facility managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues
• Monitor and coordinate staff availability, call-offs, and overtime to minimize disruptions and maintain high-quality care
• Participate in scheduling and time-keeping responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely management of staff hours
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles
• Maintain accurate records and reports of staffing activities, including staffing levels, call-offs, and overtime
