Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee scheduling for nursing and support staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place for every shift. The role requires coordinating with HR and maintaining accurate attendance records to support exceptional care.

You will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on compliance with AHCA regulations, and you will use Excel, Word, and hosted scheduling software to optimize staffing and respond to call-outs and leaves.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred).
• Solid understanding of AHCA regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants.
• Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
• Interpret HR policies for nursing staff; coordinate training schedules with the Director of Nursing.
• Adjust schedules as needed to cover call-outs, absences, and leaves.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, time off, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
