Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or two years of staffing experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Two years of staffing/scheduling experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules.
• Coordinate staffing assignments to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Fill open shifts by coordinating with employees and department leaders.
• Monitor overtime, agency utilization, and staffing trends to support budgets.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and scheduling documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Nursing Leadership, Payroll, and Department Managers.
