The ideal candidate has experience in staffing or healthcare scheduling, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior staffing, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain nursing staff schedules
• Fill open shifts while minimizing overtime and agency usage
• Communicate staffing needs with managers and nursing leadership
• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules
• Assist with call-offs, shift changes, and daily staffing adjustments
• Ensure staffing meets regulatory and facility requirements
