Job summary

Complete Care at Clark is seeking an energetic Staffing Coordinator to ensure the center has the right team in place to deliver high-quality resident care. You will partner with HR, Recruiting, and department heads while keeping staff schedules accurate and timely.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with healthcare regulations, and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator.
• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures.
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with annual performance review processes as needed.
• Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads.
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• NJ CNA certification is a plus.
• Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and resident documentation as needed.
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure medical records are complete, organized, and maintained according to facility requirements.
• Support timely collection, filing, and tracking of documentation while maintaining resident confidentiality.
