Complete Care at Cedar Grove is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure the center has the right team to provide exceptional care. You will collaborate with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads to keep residents and staff supported.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with prior Long-Term Care staffing experience preferred and NJ CNA familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures.
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives.
