Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure our center has the right team in place to deliver exceptional care. You will collaborate with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads while helping create a positive experience for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicates effectively, and keeps schedules organized. A high school diploma is required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator.
• NJ CNA certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• HR collaboration on retention and recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures.
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with annual performance review processes as needed.
• Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads.
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively.
• Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and resident documentation as needed.
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure medical records are complete, organized, and maintained according to facility requirements.
• Support timely collection, filing, and tracking of documentation while maintaining resident confidentiality.
