Complete Care is seeking an energetic Staffing Coordinator to ensure the center has the right team to deliver exceptional resident care. You will collaborate with leadership, HR, Recruiting, and department heads to support residents and staff in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in Long-Term Care. NJ CNA certification is a plus, and the position offers comprehensive benefits and a path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• HR degree preferred but not required.
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a Staffing Coordinator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Monitor and maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early departures.
• Partner with HR on employee retention and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with annual performance review processes as needed.
• Coordinate interviews with Recruiting and department heads.
• Communicate staffing needs and scheduling updates effectively.
• Ensure familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and resident documentation.
