Qualifications

• RN license in MA required.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Infection control knowledge/experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and evaluate staff training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop and maintain policies, procedures and standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations and certifications.
