Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our culture. You will cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities as part of a dynamic sales team that grows with us.

You will work to develop pipeline, construct compelling proposals, present to decision makers, and close deals while focusing on healthcare market opportunities and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver winning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts and increase customer lifetime value.
• Develop Pipeline: engage real decision makers to build a business case and timing.
• Proposal Construction: lead the sales pursuit and deliver winning proposals.
• Presenting & Closing: present to decision makers and negotiate to go/no-go.
• Market Focus: identify pipeline opportunities in healthcare markets.
• Collaborate with SMEs: work with designers/estimators and engineers to craft solutions.
• Perform other duties as required.
