Qualifications

• Ability to convey and enforce policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Health Center staff and operations.
• Audit and monitor accounts receivable; ensure timely billing and collections.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and timely meetings.
• Open and distribute mail; maintain inventory of clinic/office supplies.
• Interact professionally with hospital personnel and agencies.
• Oversee approval of Sliding Scale applications and staff coordination.
• Prepare for meetings and maintain conference minutes.
