The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license where applicable. The role emphasizes leadership and consistent, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Must pass background and drug/alcohol screening.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
