Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a healthcare setting on a part-time basis. The role involves supervising a security team on a specific shift and coordinating with client contacts to ensure quality service.

The supervisor will coach staff, prepare reports, and handle crises as needed, maintaining professional interactions with all levels of personnel and the public.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• State/local licensing may be required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Handle crises calmly and efficiently with client site staff.
