Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for hospital facilities on a part-time basis. The role supervises the delivery of security services on a specific shift, coordinating with site staff and account management to maintain high standards of safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), strong communication skills, and reliable computer literacy to use client-site

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require valid license and clean driving record.
• Must complete background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and safety at client site.
