Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for a healthcare facility. This full-time role offers $18.00 per hour and requires supervising security staff, coordinating with the account manager and site supervisor, and delivering quality security services on site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and on time.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Prepare written reports and logs accurately.
• Respond to crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Utilize client-site wireless technology.
• Deliver quality security services on site.
