Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a healthcare facility in Brunswick, OH. This full-time role supervises a shift, coordinates with the site supervisor and account manager, and oversees security officers to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), strong written and verbal communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare written reports/logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by law.
• Driving positions require a valid license, clean record, and insurability.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Prepare reports and logs and maintain records for the client site.
