Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a health care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in a health care setting in a high-volume academic environment.

Responsabilités

• Template build for newly hired providers.
• Template changes to existing providers.
• Implement changes to providers daily schedules based on policy and provider requests.
• Notify staff of scheduling changes in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate rescheduled appointments for patients affected by changes.
• Enter and maintain up-to-date scheduling data per provider in the database.
• Ensure schedules are reviewed and managed per departmental specs.
