Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises registration and scheduling activities and staff.
• Oversees verification and pre-certification to minimize denials.
• Provides daily supervision to ensure courteous service to patients and staff.
• Monitors operations and enforces policies and procedures.
• Coordinates cross-department scheduling and external referrals.
• Participates in staff interviewing and training.
• Assists with budget processes and wage planning.
• Ensures 95% registration accuracy per audit.
