Qualifications

Two (2) years of experience in a health care setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Create and maintain templates for newly hired providers.
Apply template changes to existing providers.
Implement schedule changes based on provider requests and policy.
Manage patient appointments affected by schedule changes and reschedule as needed.
Enter and maintain up-to-date scheduling data in the provider database.
Verify and communicate scheduling changes to staff promptly.
Aim to optimize schedules to increase visit efficiency.
Ensure clinic schedules are current and accurately communicated to patients.
