Job summary

WelbeHealth’s PACE program coordinates participant appointments and ensures timely scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling while maintaining accurate team availability.

As Scheduling Specialist you will respond to calls and emails, manage EMR data, and communicate confirmations and reminders to participants, families, and staff.

We value strong customer service, organization, and healthcare experience, with base pay plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required; PACE experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of participants' appointments.
• Assist with troubleshooting conflicts and urgent needs with stakeholders.
• Address cancellations and rescheduling requests promptly.
• Respond to calls, emails, and scheduling requests as they arise.
• Maintain and update team member availability in source systems.
• Communicate appointment confirmations and reminders per protocols.
