• Communicates procedure and prep information clearly to patients and office staff.
• Obtains accurate physician orders for all procedures.
• Meets productivity and customer service targets.
• Distributes and updates department schedules with complete clinical information.
• Maintains current knowledge of diagnostic procedures and scheduling software.
• Acts as receptionist and office assistant as needed.
• Performs registrations for patients, including managed care and government payors.
