Qualificações

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, scheduling, or a fast-paced office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive problem-solver able to adapt to changing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Caregiver Schedules: match caregiver availability with client needs.
• Build Strong Relationships: be the main contact for clients, families, and caregivers.
• Solve Problems: address scheduling changes and staffing challenges proactively.
• Partner Across Teams: support referrals, onboarding, and staffing with clinical/recruiting.
• Support Caregiver Retention: maintain engagement and open communication.
• Maintain Accurate Records: keep schedules and reports up to date.
• Participate in On-Call Coverage: provide phone-based support ~every 3 weeks.
