• Oversee payroll processing for field employees.
• Monitor pending and unbilled reporting and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Authorizations team on monthly insurance verifications.
• Communicate payor/benefit changes with Authorization and Billing staff.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and assist with collections issues.
• Support onboarding, credentialing of caregivers, and billing functions.
• Provide direction to staff and give routine feedback on performance.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and patient issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
