Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent. Proficient computer skills required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Register new patients and update existing patient registrations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and verify patient appointments.
• Document calls, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Provide general information to callers about services.
