Job summary

Home Care Providers is seeking a full-time Scheduler in Indianapolis, IN to manage visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs and other clinicians using our Paseva scheduling platform. This office-based role runs 8 AM–5 PM with starting pay at $20/hour and a benefits package.

You will coordinate staff schedules, PTO, and special visit requests; communicate with patients; maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports; assist Clinical Directors with staff onboarding; and document field incidents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for patients and staff.
• Coordinate staff PTO, call-offs and special visit requests.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and needs.
• Track and maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports.
• Assist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding.
• Document and report field staff incidents/complaints.
• Enter communications in Call Log and provide related reports.
• Support Case Managers with LPN/LVN, PTA, COTA, and aide supervision.
• Handle office tasks: scanning, filing, emailing, medical records management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
