Outfield Healthcare Partners in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to ensure our nursing team is properly staffed and prepared to deliver exceptional resident care.

You will develop schedules, coordinate hiring/training, manage leave and timekeeping, and work with payroll and recruitment agencies to fill vacancies. Strong organization, reliability, and communication are essential.

Mansioni

• Assist in the process of hiring and training both new and existing employees
• Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts
• Prepare and submit reports related to employee operations
• Manage leave requests from employees and general work time-keeping (scheduling)
• Collaborate with the payroll unit to ensure accurate employee settlements
• Work closely with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies efficiently
• May be asked to help fill shifts as necessary
