Qualified candidates will have an LPN license, at least two years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment, and advanced computer skills. The position offers a stable work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM and focuses on creating a positive and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM from Indianapolis office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for newly referred patients and assign appropriate clinical staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requests.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and specific needs.
• Track and maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports.
• Assist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding.
• Document and report field staff incidents/complaints.
• Enter communications in Call Log and provide related reports.
• Support Case Managers with LPN/LVN, PTA, COTA, and aide supervisory visits.
• Handle office tasks: scanning, filing, emailing, medical records management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times.
