Home Care Providers in Indianapolis is seeking a Scheduler with an LPN license to manage visits for nurses and clinicians using Paseva. The role requires coordinating staff schedules, handling patient communications, and maintaining weekly reports from the Indianapolis office.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• 2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in a medical office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for referred patients and assign clinical staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requests.
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and needs.
• Maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports.
• Assist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding.
• Document field staff incidents/complaints and enter calls/logs.
• Support Case Managers with LPN/LVN, PTA, COTA supervision.
• Handle office tasks: scanning, filing, emailing, and medical records management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times.
