Job summary

Accendra Health in Missouri seeks a Sales Executive I to drive growth for Apria products in the assigned territory. You will work with branch staff and the GM/Sales Manager to execute strategies that boost sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 with uncapped commission. The role requires 1–3 years of external sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant job experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in selling service or commodity products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources in the medical community.
• Create and maintain call plans to qualify new and maintain existing referrals to grow the business.
• Enter call plan and outcomes into the CRM system.
• Use Apria reports and data to identify referral targets.
• Partner with Market VP to review sales territory call plan to achieve strategic goals.
• Educate referral sources on the use and application of Apria products and services.
• Resolve and follow up on customer concerns.
• Collaborate with branch management and staff and other areas to drive sales growth.
• Communicate Medicare guidelines around private insurance procedures, pricing information, and product details to referral sources.
• Maintain records on prospective and active accounts for billing and collection.
