Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and software systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with technical product demonstrations.
- Present healthcare SaaS solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Design tailored healthcare technology solutions for clients.
- Map client workflows to SaaS platform capabilities.
- Prepare architecture diagrams and solution overviews.
- Collaborate with engineering for feasibility validation.
- Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Build trust with healthcare stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts into business value.
- Support proposal and RFP responses.
- Work with product and engineering teams.
