Job summary

ModMed is hiring a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant (Solutions Engineer) to showcase the value of our EHR software. You will engage prospects with clinical discovery, perform workflow analyses, and deliver compelling onsite and remote demonstrations to address client challenges and outperform competitors.

Role includes post-sale knowledge transfer, assisting with RFIs/RFPs, and collaboration with Sr. SE/SC teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, RN, MA, Scribe, or similar, and/or experience with ModMed EHR or competitors.
• Experience conducting remote presentations (Google Meet, QuickTime, Reflector).
• Extensive knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare business processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical discovery sessions and workflow analyses to understand client challenges.
• Deliver onsite and remote product demonstrations focusing on value and differentiating ModMed.
• Provide post-sale knowledge transfer to ensure smooth transition and optimal client experience.
• Assist with RFI/RFP/Security Questionnaires to support closures.
• Contribute to educational materials and consensus videos for product lines.
