Job summary
ARCA Consulting is partnering with an established healthcare technology business to recruit an experienced Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong background in healthcare IT and technical solution design.
This role blends technical design, customer engagement support and high-quality documentation, including proposals and RFP/RFx responses, with a focus on interoperability and system integration.
Qualifications
- Healthcare IT experience is essential, esp. interoperability, EHR/EMR systems or HIE.
- Strong technical writing experience, including proposals and RFP/RFx responses.
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or similar technical role.
- Understanding HL7, FHIR and integration technologies.
- Experience designing technical solutions and supporting complex sales opportunities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with InterSystems technologies is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions with sales, BD and technical teams.
- Support customer engagements with technical documentation.
- Produce high-quality proposals and respond to RFPs/RFx submissions.
- Translate complex requirements into clear written solutions.
- Assist in shaping technical responses for healthcare integration opportunities.
