Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support for SaaS platforms in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues across web apps, APIs, and data services.
• Comfort with HIPAA data privacy and basic security practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SaaS platforms.
• Support patient portals, clinical tools, and APIs.
• Investigate database errors, bugs, and performance.
• Escalate complex issues with diagnostic logs to engineering.
• Assist US healthcare organizations on system usage.
• Support tenant onboarding and layout configurations.
• Guide administrators through clinical portals.
