Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to showcase our EHR software and address client challenges through engaging conversations and compelling demonstrations. You will work with the Sales team to advance opportunities, conduct clinical discovery, and deliver impactful solutions.

Ideal candidates bring clinical background, strong presentation skills, and a passion for healthcare technology. Opportunities include on-site and remote work with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience required (Physician Assistant, RN, MA, Scribe, or similar).
• Experience delivering remote presentations (Google Meet, etc.).
• Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and healthcare processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical discovery sessions and workflow analysis to understand challenges and objectives.
• Deliver onsite and remote product demonstrations of ModMed and partner solutions.
• Articulate value, differentiate ModMed, and leave a strong impression with clinical staff and leaders.
• Assist in completing RFI/RFP/Security questionnaires for new opportunities.
• Support transition from pre-sale to post-sale with knowledge transfer to services teams.
