Job summary

Relias, based in North Carolina, is seeking a Project Manager for end-to-end onboarding, migrations, and internal projects across Relias products. The role demands strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering SaaS implementations in enterprise environments.

The position is hybrid, requiring occasional onsite work in Morrisville, NC, with a focus on coordinating technical, clinical, and account teams to meet timelines and budgets. A PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years in enterprise project management.
• 5 years SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and software.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
• Knowledge of AI technologies in business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the migrations and/or implementations of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources across Relias (technical, clinical, change management, and account management).
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, milestones, timelines, and contingencies.
• Ensure on-time delivery and effective communication with customers and teams.
• Provide ongoing support and training to customers throughout migration/implementation.
• Assist department manager with sales support and RFP responses.
