Relias is seeking a Project Manager for Professional Services to lead onboarding, migrations, and internal projects for enterprise healthcare customers. You will coordinate technical, clinical, and account teams to deliver multi-solution deployments from post-sale to launch, including platform configuration and training.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, detailed planning, and effective communication across internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years in project management handling enterprise-level client projects.
• 5 years implementing SaaS products and solutions.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
• Ability to nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to implement, integrate, and optimize AI technologies within business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer migrations and/or implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources across Relias teams (technical, clinical, change management, account management).
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans.
• Use PM practices to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Identify risks and issues and coordinate mitigations.
• Lead project reviews and status reporting to stay on schedule and budget.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide training as needed.
• Assist department manager with project assignments and mentoring.
