Job summary

Relias, based in Morrisville, NC, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end onboarding for multiple Relias products. You will handle post-sale to launch, including technical setup, configuration, and managing the overall project plan.

You will develop detailed project plans, identify milestones and risks, train customers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget. A hybrid work model applies with NC commuting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year in project management, managing customer-facing projects.
• 1 year implementing SaaS products and delivering training.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
• Ability to nurture client relationships and drive mutual success.
• Understanding client needs and building foundations for engagements.
• Proactive, independent, and collaborative work style.
• Familiarity with Relias products and AI in business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Use PM practices to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Identify risks and issues and work with teams to mitigate them.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Utilize implementation documentation and toolkits.
• Configure contracted products to customer specifications.
• Provide technical support throughout the implementation.
• Conduct platform training sessions for internal and external customers.
• Help document onboarding processes and update SharePoint.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
