Relias is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage end-to-end onboarding for customers implementing Relias products. You will oversee post-sale to launch, including technical setup and project planning, while leading workshops and training sessions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. A hybrid work model is offered with NC-based headquarters in Morrisville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year in project management with customer-facing projects.
• 1 year implementing SaaS products and delivering training.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success.
• Ability to assess client needs and build a foundation for successful engagements.
• Ability to take initiative and drive progress independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve common goals.
• Experience with Relias products and AI integration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and contingencies.
• Use tools and PM practices to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Identify risks and work with teams to mitigate them.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget.
