Relias is seeking a dynamic managed services consultant to lead onboarding and day-to-day delivery for healthcare-focused customers in North Carolina. You will manage recurring and one-time services, develop project plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong project management skills, SaaS implementation experience, and the ability to train customers via workshops.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year in a service delivery role managing customer-facing projects.
• 1 year implementing SaaS products and delivering training.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage client relationships and identify client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard customers to Relias solutions and ensure proper setup.
• Develop project plans with scope, milestones, timelines, and contingencies.
• Use PM tools to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Identify and manage risks, coordinating with internal teams for mitigation.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports and keep projects on schedule within scope and budget.
• Build positive relationships with customers and maintain knowledge of Relias platforms.
• Maintain implementation documentation and toolkits.
