Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year in a service delivery environment managing customer-facing projects or services.
• 1 year implementing SaaS-based products and delivering training.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success.
• Ability to understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing fit for solutions and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to connect different software systems via APIs.
• Proactive, independent action and progress without direct instruction.
• Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure success and an inclusive work environment.
• Knowledge of applying AI technologies within business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding to ensure thorough setup on Relias solutions.
• Develop project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans.
• Use tools and practices to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues with internal teams.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports and keep projects on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Build positive relationships with customers and maintain project documentation.
• Maintain project management databases and logs of time and notes.
• Deliver day-to-day managed services to customers and provide technical support.
• Conduct platform training sessions for internal and external customers.
