Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year in a service delivery environment managing customer-facing projects.
• 1 year implementing SaaS products and delivering training.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships for mutual success.
• Ability to understand client needs and assess solution fit for engagement.
• Ability to connect disparate software systems via APIs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented with effective communication across groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding to set up Relias solutions.
• Develop project plans with scope, milestones, timelines, and contingencies.
• Use PM tools to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Identify risks and work with teams to mitigate.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports and keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Foster positive client relationships and rapport.
• Maintain implementation docs and toolkits with up-to-date notes.
• Log time and maintain project notes in the PM database.
• Deliver day-to-day service and technical support for customers.
• Collaborate with Client Success on ongoing relationship management.
• Stay updated on Relias Solutions and platforms.
