HID Global is seeking a Business Development Manager, Healthcare RTLS to drive growth in the US from a remote position. You will own strategy and sales efforts, building alliances with ecosystem partners for RTLS solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in market-based sales, experience selling RTLS hardware and software, and a track record with large organizations. You’ll collaborate with leadership, product, and marketing to expand accounts and define go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years in market-based sales achieving growth targets.
• Experience in technology industry with understanding of technical product details.
• 4–7+ years of B2B selling to large organizations and multiple decision makers.
• Track record of long-lasting customer relationships and account planning.
• Experience selling RTLS, hardware and software; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow a pipeline of new business while developing new opportunities in current accounts.
• Develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects at different levels within the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership on Go To Market activities and account strategies.
• Forecast sales pipeline accurately and close business against defined quota.
• Support marketing efforts and speak at trade shows and industry events.
• Work with internal stakeholders and channel partners.
