Job summary

Immersion Labs is recruiting a Business Development Director to lead U.S. healthcare growth. You’ll own the hunter role from first introduction to close, collaborating directly with the CEO to build a portfolio of enterprise partnerships.

Remote work from the southeastern U.S. with regional travel, initial onboarding in Europe may occur. You’ll leverage a strong network and experience selling AI, training, and digital health to major health systems and providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years selling into U.S. healthcare in enterprise or strategic roles.
• Active network across health systems, hospitals, academic medical centers, providers.
• Track record of independently sourcing and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience selling AI, workforce training, simulation, or digital health into healthcare.
• Fluency in healthcare procurement, compliance, security, and multi-stakeholder buying.
• Ability to build momentum and gain consensus across clinical, IT, security, legal, procurement, and finance.
• Strong executive presence with an entrepreneurial, results-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute MetaCoach's go-to-market strategy for U.S. healthcare with the CEO.
• Open doors with senior decision-makers across health systems and providers.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to close.
• Establish pilots and convert them into broad commercial partnerships.
• Own a qualified pipeline and reliable forecasts.
• Represent MetaCoach at healthcare conferences and executive meetings.
