Job summary

HID Global Corporation seeks a Business Development Manager, Healthcare RTLS, to drive strategy and sales for HID's RTLS solutions across the US market. You will grow a pipeline of new business and build strategic ecosystem partnerships to expand HID's footprint in healthcare.

You will collaborate with product, marketing and partners on GTM activities, forecast the pipeline, and close deals against defined quotas while nurturing long-lasting relationships with executives and IT leaders in large

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in market-based sales with growth targets.
• Experience selling RTLS and technology solutions to large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development strategy and sales efforts for HID's RTLS solutions.
• Develop strategic relationships with customers and ecosystem providers.
• Collaborate on Go To Market plans with leadership, product, partners, and marketing.
• Forecast sales pipeline accurately and close deals against quota.
