Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years healthcare sales/marketing experience.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Non-degree candidates with supervisory experience in home health or related industry will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners and case managers to generate referrals.
• Build and maintain a consistent source of referrals by engaging community and professional organizations.
• Meet with leads regularly and provide timely follow-up and information.
• Create presentations using PowerPoint to educate clients on home care services.
• Assist branch in timely billing, documentation and compliance with regulations.
