Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a results-driven business development professional to manage referrals from physicians, hospitals, and health systems. You will educate partners on services, coordinate post-acute transitions, and strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes in-office collaboration, strong communication with care teams, and ongoing engagement with referral networks. A healthcare background and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or nursing/therapy/social work.Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities are essential.
• Experience with healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales is needed.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local Medicare home health/hospice regulations is required.
• Valid driver license and automobile liability insurance are required.
• Clinical licensure is required if performing clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary relationship manager with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Educates referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referrals.
• Supports post-acute care transitions, aiming to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintains relationships and coordinates with partners to grow referral volume.
