Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced healthcare business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate stakeholders on services and program requirements to drive referral growth and smoother post-acute transitions.

The role emphasizes improving patient outcomes through collaborative care, with a focus on the home health and hospice continuum and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field, or nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Highly preferred graduate of nursing, therapy, or social work.
• Minimum two years' experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations for Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; English fluency and active listening.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and established referral sources preferred.
• In-office attendance essential (except remote roles).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources.
• Grow referrals by educating sources about services and program requirements.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.
