Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a healthcare business development professional to serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and health systems. The role focuses on awareness and education of services to drive referral growth and smoother post-acute care transitions, aiming to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a degree in healthcare administration or related fields, strong interpersonal and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or a graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Equivalent years of equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Valid state driver license in the current state of residence.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Clinical licensure if applicable (per state requirements).
• Highly preferred experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources including physicians, physician practices, hospitals, health systems, inpatient facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and other healthcare organizations or progressional.
• Supports referral growth by providing awareness and education of company services and program requirements to referral sources, patients, families, caregivers and community partners to help navigate post-acute care transitions with the goal of improving patient outcomes, supporting care transition, and promoting exceptional quality and patient / referral source satisfaction.
